01Where do I find my code?
Log in and go to My Account, then Refer & Earn. Your code, your share link and your credit balance are all there. Every code is unique. It is made from your first and last name, with a number added if that name is already taken, and there is a button to copy it.
02How does the researcher I refer use it?
They open your link, or enter your code when they register. Once they are registered, their first two orders count towards your credit.
03Is there a limit on how many researchers I can refer?
No. You can share your code with as many researchers as you like. You receive 5% on the first two orders of each researcher who registers with it.
04What exactly do I earn?
5% of what the referred researcher spends on products, after any discounts. Postage is not included. It applies to the first two orders of each researcher you refer.
05When is my credit added?
As soon as each referred order is dispatched. You can see it straight away in My Account.
06Can I use credit with a discount code?
Yes. Referral credit works alongside any discount, including the 10% welcome discount.
