Dispatch, delivery and tracking
How and when your order leaves us, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

How your order is handled
Ordered before 2pm
Dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm go with the following working day’s collection. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
Packed from cold storage
Material leaves the freezer only at the point of packing, then goes into premium packaging with product inserts.
Sealed and protected
Bubble wrapped inside a custom postal box. Outer packaging is secure and discreet, carrying no description of the contents.
Tracked from our door
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically as soon as your order is dispatched.
UK delivery
All UK orders are sent tracked and signed for, covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

European Union
EU orders are dispatched via FedEx, fully tracked and signed for, at a flat rate of £19.99. Delivery times depend on the destination, usually 4–7 working days.
We also ship to the Republic of Ireland.
International orders
We ship internationally where legally permitted. Shipping is priced by destination and calculated at checkout. Crown Peptides covers any additional shipping costs beyond that.
By placing an international order you confirm:
- The products are for research purposes only and not for human or animal use
- You are responsible for complying with local laws and customs requirements
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of dispatch confirmation by email or WhatsApp. We will work with the courier to resolve it and arrange a replacement where required.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Circumstances outside our control
Crown Peptides is not liable for delays caused by postal service disruption, adverse weather, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our control. Customs inspections in particular can add time to international orders.
Where a delay occurs and we are aware of it, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp.
