UK Shipping
  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days – £4.99 (Free on orders over £100)
  • Express Delivery: Next working day – £7.99
All UK orders are sent in secure, discreet packaging to protect the contents and ensure privacy. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
International Shipping

We ship internationally where legally permitted. International shipping is free on orders over £200. By placing an international order, you confirm:

  • The products are for research purposes only and not for human or animal use.
  • You are responsible for complying with local laws and customs requirements.

Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of dispatch confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if required. Please double-check your address, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Delivery Delays
Crown Peptides is not liable for delays caused by postal service disruptions, weather, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Delivery We ship internationally wherever it is legally permitted. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure our products can be lawfully imported into their country or region. By placing an international order, you agree to the following:
  • You have reviewed and confirmed the legality of importing these products in your location.
  • You understand that our products are intended solely for laboratory research and are not for human or animal use.
  • You accept full responsibility for import procedures, including any customs duties, fees, or local regulatory compliance.
Estimated delivery time: Typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges: Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. Please be aware that customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control. We are not liable for any shipments held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities. We make every effort to avoid shipping to regions where such issues are common. International Orders – Refunds & Reshipments If your international package does not arrive:
  • We will either refund 50% of the total order value, or
  • Reship the order once, depending on your preference.
Please note: We do not offer a second reshipment or full refund in cases of repeated issues. Once dispatched, the responsibility for customs clearance and delivery lies with the buyer. Shipping Restrictions Conditions

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress. We’ll liaise with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if required. Important: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier but claimed as missing.
