Refunds and Replacements
While we cannot accept returns, we want to make sure you receive the correct products in good condition. Refunds or replacements will be considered in the following situations:
- Missing Parcels: If your order is confirmed as lost or missing by the courier, we will arrange either a refund or a replacement.
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, this can only be done before the item has been shipped. Once dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Fraudulent Claims: To protect all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements for claims we determine to be fraudulent. All claims are carefully reviewed, and we may request additional information or documentation to ensure a fair resolution.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund for the damaged or incorrect item. Please include photos of the product and packaging when contacting us to expedite the process.
- Fraudulent Claims: We reserve the right to refuse replacements or refunds if we believe a customer is acting fraudulently regarding damaged or incorrect product claims. All claims will be thoroughly reviewed, and we may request additional information or documentation to process the claim.
